DELIVERY

We deliver directly from our farm within an 80-mile radius of Brenham, Texas, including Austin, Houston, and surrounding areas. Depending on the size and quantity of your order, we may extend delivery up to a 100-mile radius. Our priority is ensuring your trees arrive in top condition.

For locations beyond 100 miles, delivery may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval. Approved orders require a minimum purchase of $3,500 in trees (excluding planting and delivery services).

Minimum Orders

• A minimum order of $1,100 (trees and/or planting, excluding delivery) is required for locations beyond 60 to 80 miles from PermaVista.
• For delivery-only orders beyond 60 miles, a minimum purchase of $800 in trees is required.

Delivery Rates

• $4.95 per mile (one way, per trip) when planting services are included
• $4.40 per mile (one way, per trip) for delivery-only orders

Additional Equipment Fee

Orders that include 200-gallon or 300-gallon trees, or more than six 95-gallon trees, require a tractor for unloading. An additional fee of $3.45 per mile (one way, per trip) will apply.
